It may be raining cats and dogs today, but the sun is shining on me!And this may look like any old ordinary box, but it is the best thing any FedEx man could've brought to me! Any guesses?????
If you guessed, my long awaited, much anticipated, brand spanking new laptop, then you would be CORRECT!!!!
For those who don't know, let me recap. I bought a wonderful, CUTE little hp laptop in February. Occassionally it would give me the dreaded blue screen error, then sometimes it would just not come on. Then one fateful Friday at the end of July, it just died! Calls to the hp service center did no good, and they said to send it in. Luckily it was still under warranty. Well, they got my laptop on Aug 2nd, we had to call them many times for updates (they never called us), the part that was needed was backordered, then Bill finally got mean with them, and they agreed to send a new computer. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago. They had 2 more days before we both got mean with them! But today, after a rushed and wet morning of errands, we got home just in time to greet the FedEx man with my shiny new computer. It is a much better model than I had (faster, more memory, blah, blah, blah), but I didn't get my hard drive back, even though that was not the issue! Oh, well, I will live and my kids will be sooooooo happy to have their computer back to themselves!!! YAY!!
